All letters of intent, pre-proposals, and proposals that include any budgetary information MUST be coordinated through your department administrator, and routed through the Associate Dean for Research prior to submission to the sponsor. See routing policy for timeline.

COEUS
Coeus is UMB's fully integrated software solution that allows electronic creation and routing of proposals for sponsored research grants. Coeus is accessible to faculty and administrators anywhere at anytime through the UMB Portal with an Internet enabled workstation. Four classes are offered to provide instruction in proposal development, budget preparation and approval. Register for classes, review course materials or how to route NIH or other sponsored agreements using COEUS.
