The IACUC Committee meets every other month on the last Wednesday of the month. Protocols and/or amendments needing review should be submitted 30 days prior to the regularly scheduled meeting. All requests must be signed and submitted via email and through Campus mail to Ms. Liliana Rao.

The IACUC conducts announced inspections throughout the year. These inspections take place every six months. The inspection schedule is:
- May – the last Wednesday of the month
- November – the third Wednesday of the month
Additionally, unannounced inspections will occur as deemed necessary by the IACUC committee.
