Who should attend?
Pharmacy residents, residency preceptors, faculty, and practicing pharmacists. This program is offered free of charge to participants and is supported only by the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy.
How is CE credit awarded?
Register on the sign-in sheet and complete evaluation form in order to receive your continuing education statement of credit by mail.
PLEASE NOTE: The evaluation form MUST BE SIGNED in order to receive CE credit.
How much credit is awarded?
1 CE Credit Contact Hour (0.1 CEUs).

| The University of Maryland School of Pharmacy is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmaceutical education. These programs (UPN listed above) meet the ACPE criteria for 1.0 Contact Hour (0.1 CEU). Statements of credit will be mailed twice annually, within six months of the program (unless otherwise requested by the participant), to participants who successfully completed the program. Successful completion of the program requires your signature on the completed evaluation form and on the session sign in sheet and participation at the entire program for which you are seeking credit. Evaluation forms must be completed and returned at the conclusion of the program. This program is supported solely by the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy. |
