ProfessorResearch Interests: New treatments for schizophrenia and mood disorders, the delivery of pharmacy services to individuals with mental health problems, and the ethics of informed consent in individuals suffering from psychiatric diseases. The costs, effectiveness, outcomes and utilization patterns of the atypical antipsychotics are areas in which I am currently involved in active research. My administrative duties include overseeing the provision of pharmacy services for the Mental Hygiene Administration, State of Maryland.
