Our research interests include the analysis of the molecular mechanism of T cell antigen receptor activation signaling, autocrine B cell growth factor and its regulation, and the development of novel small molecule immunosuppressants (Joint research project with Dr. Alex MacKerell and the Computer Aided Drug Design center-). Additional collaborative drug discovery projects with Dr. MacKerell include the development of novel small molecule inhibitors of allergies and human breast cancer cells.
