Import 2008 School Holidays and Closings
Into Microsoft Outlook

Adding school holidays and closings to your outlook calendar can be tedious. We've made the process easier for you, by creating an importable file that will add all the published holidays and closings to your calendar in a few simple steps.

1. Right click on the 2008 School Holidays and Closing File and choose Save Target As
   (the file extension for this file is .ics)
2. Open Outlook
3. Click on the File Menu
4. Select Import and Export
5. From the list of items select Import an iCalendar (.ics) or vCalendar file (.vcs)
6. Click Next
7. A dialog will open prompting you to locate the file you wish to import. Locate the downloaded 2008 School Holidays and Closings File on your computer. 
8. Select the file and click OK
9. You may be asked if you would like to Open as New or Import the file. Be sure to select Import.
10. Congratulations!  The school holidays and closings has been imported into outlook.
