There are a few things our admissions committee needs to know about you that aren't covered under PharmCAS. Follow these steps to complete your supplemental application:
- Complete the online supplemental application. This will ask you for your PharmCAS application number, so you must complete your PharmCAS application before this step.
- Mail a completed In-State Classification Application (if you are a Maryland resident) and the non-refundable $30.00 application fee made out to University of Maryland to:

Please indicate your PharmCAS ID on your check or money order.
This step, just like submitting your PharmCAS application, must be completed by January 5, 2010 for regular applicants and September 1, 2009 for early decision. All applicants are considered at the same time. There is no advantage in submitting your supplemental application earlier than other applicants.
