Laptop Requirements

Pre-configured Dell Laptops

Some of the major advantages of buying a Dell laptop through the School of Pharmacy program are:

• Complete 4 year warranty, including accidental damage, for all parts and labor (excludes battery)
• Extended battery warranty for years 2 & 3 of the laptop
• Parts and service can be ordered on-site by the School of Pharmacy help desk or you may contact Dell directly.  All warranty repairs & services are completed the next business day.
• All laptops include Office 2007 and Symantec EndPoint Virus Protection, priced to include a considerable student discount.

If you have any questions about your laptop purchase you may contact Dell at 1-866-994-0412 (Monday-Friday from 8:30 am – 5:00 pm EST).  Lastly, you may track your order through Dell before it arrives at your door.
