Dean's Welcome
 | Welcome to a very exciting chapter in the life story of the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy. This institution continues to be the cornerstone of pharmacy education in Maryland, leading the way with innovative ideas and programs for practice and research. My alma mater has been the home of my career as an educator and researcher for nearly twenty years; so it is with a mixture of reverence and exhilaration that I now serve as Dean. I have arrived in the role as Dean at a transformational time in the history of our school. With the Growth Initiative, the proposed Pharmacy Hall Addition, and the development of innovative pharmacy practice and research centers, my goal is to propel the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy into the top five nationally. These are ambitious endeavors. The exciting journey has begun. |
